Delivery Issues
- If an order is refused or the shipping address is incorrect, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs after the package is returned.
- If the carrier marks an order as “delivered” but it is lost or stolen afterward, buyers must follow up directly with the carrier. Please ensure delivery is to a safe, secure location.
Returns – Physical Products
Ignitra is backed by a 180-day money-back guarantee. To qualify:
- Return all bottles from your order (empty, full, or partially full), including any bonus bottles.
- Include a note inside the return package with:
- Your ClickBank Order ID
- Full name and delivery address
- Email and phone number
- Original packing slip (if available)
